ABOUT ME
I am the founder and creative force behind Facci Designs, a celebrated artist living in Woodstock, NY. I bring over 30 years of creative exploration to my work — spanning needle felting, jewelry making, mixed media, embroidery, weaving and teaching engaging crafting classes for all ages across these areas and more.
My distinctive style and dedication to my craft has earned me a loyal following and recognition in the arts community. My work has been celebrated in magazines, exhibited in galleries, showcased on nationally televised home decorating programs, and featured extensively in online media. Through Facci Designs, I continue to push the boundaries of traditional techniques, creating pieces that are both beautiful and inspiring.
My handmade projects – from jewelry to custom dog sculptures, woven branches to home decorating projects - have been showcased in many magazines such a Chronogram, In Style, Art Jewelry, Handmade Seller, This Old House and Cottage Living and featured on television: HGTV’s “Crafters Coast to Coast” and HGTV’s “Look What I Did”, ABC’s The Chew.
My career started in the magazine business, having been a Design Director at Life and People, a Graphic Designer for Everyday with Rachel Ray, and a Creative Director for In Style magazine. In August of 2018, I left my job as the Creative Director for Magnolia Bakery to pursue making art full time.
I’m a busy woman who owns two homes in upstate, NY. I purchased the first home as a project and happily met my husband while doing it.
In 2014, we purchased a 1940’s stone house that we completely renovated.
